Competition Rules

  1. Entrants must be 18 and over and resident in the UK.
  2. Each email address supplied, including your own, will constitute an entry into the prize draw. For example, 1 entry with no referrals will result in one entry into the prize draw, 1 entry with 5 referrals will result in 6 entries into the prize draw.
  3. On referring a friend they will be sent an email requiring them to validate and subscribe to the Astley Clarke, Myla and Bliss newsletters.   4. Any misuse of the competition for spamming will invalidate all entrants’ entries.
  5. The prize draw will take place on the 31st October 2009. The winner will be notified by email or telephone shortly after and no later than 15th November 2009.
  6. No purchase necessary.
  7. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The prize is £500 worth of Astley Clarke Jewellery to be chosen from a pre-selected choice of jewellery, £500 to spend online at Myla and a selection of Bliss goodies valued at £500. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and no gift voucher or cash alternative is available.
  9. The prize must be claimed within 28 days.
  10. Astley Clarke does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to any internet service issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  11. Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for incorrectly completed entries or entries made fraudulently.
  12. This competition is not open to Astley Clarke, Myla or Bliss contractors or employees or to any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the competition or their direct family members.
  13. By entering this competition you agree to receive information about exquisite designer jewellery and sample sale notifications from Astley Clarke. Astley Clarke will only use your data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy and you can unsubscribe from communications by emailing newsletter@jewellery.astleyclarke.com. You also agree to receive email newsletters from Myla and Bliss.   14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition. Entrants will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by any extra rules that appear with the competition details.

  16. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
